About Barfection:
Founded in 2017, Barfection are an award winning company with a vision to support people to find their place in the world. Through the combination of our love for education and the hospitality industry, we paired our bespoke training with placement opportunities and local employers to provide a 360 degree recruitment, training and retention framework which prepared our people for the amazing, yet challenging world of work.
Since successfully supporting our first group of 7 young people from the Liverpool City Region into employment, we now operate in Liverpool, London and Manchester supporting 500+ people a year into employment and providing recruitment, staff training and retention strategies for businesses.
