Barfection has recently been awarded a contract for delivering Skills Bootcamps by Greater Manchester Combined Authority. Skills bootcamps are a short programme lasting for a maximum of 16 weeks. Our Hospitality Horizons Skills Bootcamp has been designed with both employers and our key delivery partners, Ways to Wow and Be Inclusive Hospitality. It focuses on the following key areas for hospitality:
• Recruitment and Employment Practice
• Training Design and Delivery
• Motivating a team in business
