Permanent Recruitment & Business Development Officer – Liverpool
An exciting opportunity to join Barfection as a Permanent Recruitment & Business Development Lead. This role focuses on growing our permanent recruitment offering across the hospitality sector, working with local businesses to place candidates into long-term roles.
You’ll be responsible for developing client relationships, managing the recruitment process end to end, and building a strong pipeline of candidates. This is a target-driven, commercial role with real ownership, suited to someone motivated by results and keen to build something rather than inherit a ready-made desk.
You’ll be part of a friendly, growing team, with the opportunity to develop your recruitment and business development skills and progress as the business expands.
Salary: £24,000 per year
Commission: Uncapped 10% commission on recruitment revenue earned over basic salary
Experience in recruitment is welcome but not essential — we’re more interested in drive, resilience, and commercial mindset.
